Arrival in Sri Lanka. You will be welcomed by your host and local guide to this magical island. Transferred directly to your hotel in Colombo. Evening you will be provided with a chance to relive yourself from jet lag and take time to prepare for the journey ahead.

Colombo (Meals – B/-/-) After a leisurely breakfast, this morning you will proceed to the Royal Colombo Golf Club for a half-day session of Golf. Forget all of life’s stress and get lost in an exciting game of golf on one of Sri Lanka’s best golf courses. Set off on a city tour in the evening and visit the major landmarks of Colombo. Colombo – Nuwara-Eliya (Meals – B/-/-) After a sumptuous breakfast buckle up and get ready to embark on the next phase of your journey towards Nuwara Eliya. On route, you will notice the change of landscape and will be provided with a chance to visit a tea factory and see how that perfect cup of Ceylon tea is manufactured.

Tea Factory Visit

During the tea factory visit a) you will see the processing of tea leaves and b) how tea is graded. Be sure to take a moment and taste a cup of Ceylon tea and enjoy its aroma and a slight hint of citrus, unique only to the Ceylon blend.

Nuwara-Eliya (Meals – B/-/-) After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club for a session of Golf amongst the misty hills of Sri Lanka. Nuwara-Eliya – Kandy (Meals – B/-/-) After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Kandy on a Scenic train ride (Nanu Oya to Peradeniya). Enjoy the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens, witness a cultural dance and visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. *Tour of Kandy: The Hill capital of Kandy lies picturesquely surrounded by mountains. Kandy is also the last kingdom of Sri Lanka and is a bustling city. Kandy (Meals – B/-/-) After breakfast you will head off to the Victoria Golf Club for another session of Golf up in the hills. The course is situated east of Kandy in the city of Digana. Then return to your hotel and spend the rest of your evening at leisure. Victoria Golf Club is Sri Lanka’s newest International Golf Course. The 6890 yd. Par 73 Championship Course features a host of memorable golf holes. Designed by Donald Steel, the renowned British Golf Architect, the layout has taken full advantage of an extremely gifted site with its rolling terrain, superb views of the Victoria Reservoir, the Knuckles Range and the majestic forest trees through which the course has been skilfully routed. The greens, tees and fairways have been planted with imported varieties of Bermuda grass and the greens are built to the specifications if the United States Golf association. On the way stop for a moment in Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.Enjoy the Negombo city and the beautiful beach as you take in some sun before you end your holiday in tropical paradise.
