Ram Sethu
Legend : Ram Sethu also referred to as Rama Sethu or Adams bridge, is the string of coral reefs, shoals and shifting sandbanks between India’s Pamban Island, also known as Rameswaram Island, off the South-Eastern Coast of Tamil Nadu, India and Sri Lanka’s Mannar Island. It is believed that these are the remnants of the bridge that King Rama built with the assistance of Lord Hanuman and his army of monkeys to reach Lanka in his quest to rescue Queen Seetha.
