Liptons seat
This famous lookout lies about 18 km from Haputale. About 1,970meters above sea level, historically this site is thought to be the lookout point from which Sir Thomas Lipton, a Scottish tea baron surveyed his growing empire. On a clear day, visitors who trek up to this site will be rewarded with panoramic views of lush emerald hills and tea plantations of no fewer than seven different provinces.
